Noval Tawny Port
One of the oldest port houses, Quinta do Noval is also arguably the greatest. It is unique among top port houses in that most of the ports are made from estate-grown fruit and, notably, all of the vintage Noval wines are from the single Quinta do Noval vineyard.
It is vinified by pump over in stainless steel vats with temperature control at 26º/28º C. Ageing for 2 to 3 years in oak barrels before bottling.
Bright Ruby colour. Intense youthful nose with a distinctive fruity character reminiscent of wild cherries. On the palate is well balance , with intense fruit and good length.
