Winemaking
Distilaltion of wines specifically vinified to obtain wine spirits for ageing. Aged for a minimum period of 8 years in Iberian oak casks.
Tasting Notes
Wine Aroma with toasted notes and vanilla. In the mouth is warm and velvety with wood well incorporated. End of mouth soft and lingering finish.
Store and serve advices
Serve at 18-20ºC. This wine spirit can be consumed immediately after bottling or be stored and age for many many years.
Food Pairing
Ideal as a digestive or with a coffee.
