Palácio da Brejoeira Brandy
The start of construction of the "Palácio da Brejoeira", was 204 years ago - at the behest of a "rich squire , nobleman from the Royal House and Knight of the Order of Christ ," Luis Pereira Velho de Moscoso - but only in 2010 opens its doors to the public. One of the most beautiful palaces of northern Portugal.
It is derived from the distillation of Alvarinho grapes after fermentation in appropriate bins. Ageing and conservation in stainless steel vats.
Appearance and colour clear and transparent. Very soft, highlighting the fruitiness typical of Alvarinho, overlapping so the alcoholic nature surroundings and creating a very soft and smooth to the palate. Presents a long aftertaste revealing us a very nice set of fresh fruit aromas mixed with hints of floral aromas typical of the variety that gives rise to it.
