Product details
Winemaking
ermentation and Decantation by the tradicional method “Bica Aberta”, following rigorous temperature conditions. Ageing for 12 months in Allie French Oak Barrels.
Tasting Notes
This typical Douro wine causes a real explosion of aromas of ripe wild fruits on the palate, with slight leather which imparts complexity and character to the wine. In the finish it shows excellent structure and perfect counterweight in a long, refreshing, structured finish.
Store and serve advices
It should be served at a temperature of 18-19°C.
Food Pairing
Ideal with meat dishes, bushmeat, and strong cheeses.
