Product details
Winemaking
The grapes come from vines around 12 years. The grapes were fermented in vats of 8 tons capacity and a small part in stainless steel vats and were totally stripped. The must was fermented for about a week to 25 º -27 º C with automatic step and with daily pumping. About 70% of the wine aged for 30 months in stainless steel vats and the rest in barrels of 225 liters French oak for 3rd and 4th year.
Tasting Notes
Intense garnet color. Aroma concentrate, towering mature red fruits, rock rose and violet. Good structure, fleshy, round tannins. Lingering finish.
Store and serve advices
Serve at a temperature of 16ºC to 18ºC
Food Pairing
Excellent with light meat and grilled dishes.
