Product details
Winemaking
The grapes come from vineyards with about 12 years, were fermented in open spout system. Fermentation lasted about 1 month with temperatures between 12 º to 15 º C. The wine aged for about 7 months in stainless steel vats.
Tasting Notes
Citrus colour. Floral aromas and ripe fruit with some notes of melon. Very mineral wine and fresh with balanced and persistent flavor with citrus notes.
Store and serve advices
Storage Lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serving at a temperature from 10-11°C.
Food Pairing
Good with seafood, grilled fresh fish, white meats and as an aperitif.
