Gusto Doro Extra Virgin Olive Oil
This olive oil comes from a variety selection of fresh olives. Very fruit and fresh ideal for all occasions.
The olives are unloaded into the olive grid. Washed, Weighed and Fed into hoppers which then feed onto 2 lines at same time. Crushed. Fed into the Thermal Shaker which slowly warms by a indirect water method ensuring that the temperature of the olives reaches no more than 25 degrees. This opens the olive to its full potencial releasing all the characteristics. The liquid is then seperated from the Olives at 3000 rotations per minute. Filtered and clarified at 7000 rotations per minute.
Medium green. On the palate very fruity and fresh, ideal for all the occasions.
Store and serve advices
This is an entirely natural product; in low temperatures precipitation may occur. This does not affect the quality of the product. Olive oil should be stored away from direct light and heat.
It is ideal for salads, marinades and as a condiment for fish and pasta. It's also delicious with some fresh bread before a meal.
