The Caves da Montanha, based in Anadia, were founded in 1943 by Adriano Henriques, passing since then from parents to children, and is currently already in the fourth generation.
Fermentation off skins in stainless steel under controlled temperature. Classic method with second fermentation in bottle. Minimum 9 monts aging in bottle before “degorgement”
Bright, citrus color, fine and persistent bubbles. Intense aroma with jam notes. Fresh, creamy and persistent taste.
Store and serve advices
Recommended serving at a temperature of 6 to 8ºC.
Excellent as apetizer. It goes well fish and seafood.
